Transport to Europe is entrusted to GLS or DHL couriers, delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days according to the destination.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union could be subject to duties and customs taxes against the buyer.

Attention: In Italy the following days are holidays and the courier does not make shipments: 1 January - 6 - Easter and Easter Monday - April 25 - May 1 - June 2 - August 15 - November 1 - 8 December - 25 December December 26.

Do you want to return one or more articles? You have 14 days of time from delivery, follow these instructions.

  • Enter the products together with the order receipt in a package, you can use our box or any other packaging, make sure it is all sealed.
  • Make the package at the address:

    The cost of shipping is at your expense, you can go to the post office or use any courier of your choice.
  • As soon as we receive your return, if it complies with the required requirements, we refund you the amount within 7 working days with the same payment method used during the purchase phase. If you have chosen the mark, we will refund you by bank transfer (send us your IBAN inside the package).

All products rendered they must be in the original conditions, not washed and not worn. Remember that labels, cards and seals must be intact.

In the absence of these requirements, the product will be considered "used" and will then be sent back to the sender with the charge of transport costs.
